Q: Has your job role been taken more seriously during the pandemic?

 

Yes – Diversity and Inclusion my area of focus has really been seen as a key focus to get right and support people and communities during the pandemic.

 

 

Q: How has your pay and reward strategy changed in the last 12 months?

 

Not significantly but what has really come into focus is diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and the importance of financial wellbeing in these times and therefore ensuring we continue the focus on fairness and fair and equitable pay/ in terms of gender and the different communities in which we operate.

 

 

Q: What is your main focus for the new year?

 

In terms of Diversity and inclusion supplier D&I is a big focus we have done a lot of work on D&I for our internal org and we are now focusing for the same reasons and benefits on our external organisation and in terms of reward this also includes working on strategies that for our suppliers this ensures fair treatment and pay and for our suppliers

 

 

Q: Without giving too much away, what two things will delegates learn from your session?

 

For wellbeing strategies to succeed they need to be multidimensional in terms of focus and allow for cultural differences on a global scale.

 

The importance of a culture that promotes great relationships and fulfilment as a key part of wellbeing.
