Payroll & Reward Conference

Tue Sep 8, 2020 - Wed Sep 9, 2020
09:00 - 16:00
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, London

The UK’s largest independent payroll & reward conference

8-9 September 2020

Chelsea Harbour London | London

With over 40 years of combined experience Reward Strategy and The Payroll Centre have created the UK’s largest independent payroll conference.

The safety and well-being of our participants are of paramount importance. After careful consideration and in light of the latest government advice around physical events, Reward Strategy has made the decision to convert Payroll & Reward Conference to a fully digital, broadcast event.

In a year in which the pandemic has become a catalyst for innovation, agility and transformation the progressive agenda will feature fully-interactive digital sessions, providing you with all you need to run a successful payroll function. The updated agenda combines the original sessions with some new speakers and panels to cover best practices in dealing with the Covid legislation and changing working patterns. Coming at a time of unprecedented levels of change to payroll and HR legislation, there will be plenty for payroll professionals to discuss and absorb.

At Reward Strategy, we understand how important networking is to the profession and that’s why we have partnered with Brella - a clever platform using artificial intelligence to facilitate 1-to-1 meetings with people of interest.

The event will also utilise digital platform slido, an interactive piece of technology to host live Q&As, polls and fun quizzes to ensure the audience and speakers are engaged throughout the entire conference.

Benefits of attending:

  • Coming at a time of unprecedented levels of change to payroll and HR legislation, there will be plenty of professionals at hand to discuss challenges, changes and absorb knowledge

  • Reviewing the latest local and global trends within payroll and reward

  • Considering learnings from Covid-19 and the furlough scheme

  • An update from HMRC reviewing the future of work
  • Bringing you vital updates on legislation and employment law

  • Hear industry updates first-hand from a government official speaker

  • Explore the future of reward and benefits and how these will evolve over the decade

  • Best practice in engaging the next generation of payrollers and considering the future of the workforce

  • Excellent networking opportunities, with access to a wider audience than ever before, including the Reward 300
