Digital broadcast

The UK’s largest independent annual payroll conference

In the past year our world has deeply changed. COVID-19 struck and instantaneous changes swept across the profession.
During these challenging times, those working in pay and reward became key workers and demonstrated remarkable resilience in adapting to the new ways of working, including flexible working, cash-sensitive benefits and fair redundancy policies. With the epic shifts of 2020 now firmly set into everyday processes, what does the future hold?

Join hundreds of like-minded pay and reward professionals at the UK’s largest independent payroll conference, as we explore what the future holds for the profession, how to ensure effective, efficient, and penalty-free operations and effectively manage the ever-changing landscape. The past year has been unpredictable and reactive but now is the time to be proactive, recharge and strategise.

Broadcast live

Providing a unique digital experience, our interactive event technology will host live Q&As, breakout sessions, networking lounges and interactive games, while delivering premium content covering the most pressing issues, live from a London TV studio.

Community hub

At a time of isolation, it’s imperative that we connect and network with those in our profession to discuss common challenges, share ideas, absorb knowledge or simply catch up over a cup of coffee!

Reward Strategy have partnered with Swapcard - a clever digital platform which uses AI to facilitate and matchmake people of interest. The platform will be available five days prior to the conference, allowing delegates to create their profile and plan ahead by scheduling one-to-one meetings, visiting the sponsor booths and familiarising themselves with the platform.

Never miss a session

At a Reward Strategy event, there are numerous sessions that you wish you could attend but you can’t split yourself in two. With our virtual conference, you will not need to pick one session over another. As part of your pass, you will gain access to the sessions on-demand after the virtual conference – meaning you do not have to miss a thing!
