Digital event

Dates for the 2021 Summit to be announced soon.

In the meantime, please note that nominations for The Reward 300 are now open and you can nominate the champions and leaders of the reward and payroll sector here. Nomination deadline is 15 March.

About the 2020 edition:
The UK’s biggest independent reward and global payroll educational event returned for its 15th year, and its first digital edition, on 10 & 11 December 2020 with the Rewards taking place on the evening of the first day. Previously known as the Payroll Autumn Update, the event has been rebranded to better reflect the needs of the growing profession from pay into reward.
In a year in which the pandemic has become a catalyst for innovation, agility and transformation, the Reward & Payroll Summit became a fully digital, broadcast event. This will be Reward Strategy’s second digitally broadcasted event this year after high success during the Payroll & Reward Conference in September.
Featuring three conferences, Reward, Payroll and Global, the Summit focused on the key trends and challenges across the pay and reward landscape, including the effects COVID-19 has had on both employers and employees.
The presentations are now available to watch on-demand.

Connect other reward, payroll and HR professionals with ease

Reward Strategy has partnered with Brella - your virtual venue where you can find out who’s attending, book meetings, visit networking booths and view the live streamed content.

The event also utilised digital platform, an interactive piece of technology to host live Q&As, polls and fun quizzes, to ensure delegates can engage with speakers throughout the entire summit.
