White Label Loyalty was recognised as a standout finalist in the ‘Best Technology Provider’ category at last year’s Incentive Awards.
Its achievements in technical integrations, market expansion, and strategic partnerships demonstrated commercial success and platform maturity. Although it did not take home the top prize, judges noted its positive impact and growing influence in the loyalty space.
Strength in integration
White Label Loyalty reached several technical milestones over the past year. The platform achieved official integration with Shopify Plus, enabling large-scale e-commerce brands to seamlessly launch loyalty programmes.
Its SAP certification placed it among an elite group of providers, reinforcing its commitment to enterprise-level quality.
The launch of the Rewards Marketplace, providing access to thousands of pre-integrated rewards through a single API, was designed to enhance user experience while streamlining programme deployment.
One judge described it as an “impressive tech solution” that is “gathering pace from some big brands.”
Wide market-growth
In addition to product innovation, White Label Loyalty has expanded its geographical footprint.
Over the past year, it gained traction in the US and Middle East, highlighted by a strategic partnership with Dubai Holding to develop the Tickit loyalty app.
Tickit quickly became the second largest programme in the region, reflecting the platform’s adaptability and localised value.
This international presence also drove commercial growth, with 50% of new deals secured in the US alone. As one judge commented, “The international scope of this platform is impressive.”
While judges noted that the platform didn’t break new technological ground, its growing global relevance helped distinguish it as a top contender.
Strong client portfolio
White Label Loyalty’s ability to attract globally recognised brands speaks to its strength as a technology provider. In 2023, the platform welcomed high-profile clients such as NerdWallet, British American Tobacco, and Daikin.
The partnership with NerdWallet marked a successful entry into the competitive US financial sector, aligning loyalty initiatives with behavioural insights and customer engagement goals.
A judge summarised, “There is a very positive story here commercially… good tech-driven initiatives and partnerships.”
These comments reinforce White Label Loyalty’s position as a capable and adaptable platform that continues to evolve and compete at the highest level.
