The full agenda for the conference, taking place on December 5th at the Hilton London Bankside, has been revealed.

2019 marks the 15th anniversary of the conference and in that time we have watched the scope of payroll widen and the role of reward enter the landscape. Therefore, we have structured the conference to have three streams - each focussing on content that relates to compliance, strategic and global tasks.

The CPD-accredited conference, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services, will begin and end with plenary sessions hosted by Reward Strategy’s editor, Amber-Ainsley Pritchard.

Bringing together the entire spectrum of payroll and reward, including those in HR, pensions, employee benefits and employment law, the conference will this year feature sessions including:

  • AI-only payroll
  • Digitalisation of pensions
  • Changing expectations in reward
  • Equal leave policies
  • Managing global payroll
  • Employee financial wellbeing

2019 will also see the conference feature a diverse range of in-house speakers from companies large and small, including the likes of:

  • Tarun Tawakley, Head of Legal, Deliveroo
  • Asif Sadiq MBE, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, The Telegraph
  • Joanne Rees, Head of Reward, M&S
  • Ian Davies, Head of Payroll, Direct Line Group
  • Tim Robertson, Head of Reward, ITN

The Rewards, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services, take place the evening of the Autumn Update; the ceremony is the most distinguished event on the payroll and reward industry’s calendar. New categories for the awards have been launched, find out more here.
