The Payroll & Reward Conference, headline sponsored by Western Union Business Solutions, is run by Reward Strategy and The Payroll Centre - who have more than 40 years’ combined experience in the profession.

The two-day event, taking place at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, is a trustworthy source of education and opinion to help you future-proof your payroll, reward and HR operations.

Combining technical and regulatory compliance content, topics will include: life after Brexit, parental leave and pay, the affect of the gig economy on HR and payroll, and much more.

This event will give you the rare opportunity to learn from your peers - in-house speakers who, alike you, are in the trenches of pay and reward. Some of these include:

  • Sarah McKellar, payroll manager - UK & Europe, Standard Chartered Bank;
  • Tim Robertson, head of reward, ITN;
  • Lou Gray, payroll manager - operations & delivery, PwC;
  • Joanne Rees, head of reward, M&S;
  • John Berry, customer engagement officer, HMRC;
  • Neil Esslemont, head of industry liaison, The Pensions Regulator.

It will also offer the opportunity for individuals to speak to payroll experts about any queries they may have.

Knowledge partners at the event include Ceridian and EQ Global, and sponsors include Selentiy Expenses and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).

The first day of the conference will be followed by the Reward 300 Gala Dinner, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services.

The Reward 300 is a recognition programme of the leading lights across payroll, reward, HR, workplace pensions and the associated sectors. Nominations for the Reward 300 are open now, click here to enter yourself or a colleague.

Tickets for the two-day conference includes entry to the Reward 300 Gala Dinner. Super early bird tickets are ending soon on February 28. Tickets are available online here, or book via Brittany Kay on 020 7940 4832 or BKay@shardfinancialmedia.com
