The full agenda for the conference, taking place on June 3rd and 4th at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, London, has been revealed.

2020 is the third year Reward Strategy and The Payroll Centre will come together to host the CPD-accredited conference.

The two-day event will include a range of plenary and stream sessions, looking at both technical and regulatory compliance content, as well as more strategic issues.

New this year, attendees will also have the unique opportunity to meet with HMRC at their ‘drop-in’ stand for clarity on legislation queries.

Bringing together both the payroll and reward functions, the conference will feature the following sessions:

  • Holiday pay – what’s happening?
  • The pensions dashboard explained
  • Post-Brexit payroll review
  • Company transparency: It’s not just about the pay gap
  • Encouraging a future generation of pay and reward managers

2020 will also see the conference feature a diverse range of speakers, including:

  • Sophia Baker, head of payroll, Harrods
  • Dave Roberts, head of pensions, benefits and wellbeing, Virgin Media
  • Ian Hodson, head of reward, University of Lincoln
  • Megan O’Shaughnessy, head of reward - consumer, BT
  • Laura Todd, global inclusion and wellbeing director, Capita

Sponsors of the conference include Ceridian, knowledge partner, and Cintra HR & Payroll Services, the CIPP and Frontier Software.

In the evening after the first day of the conference, The Reward 300 Gala Dinner & Awards - sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services and JGA Recruitment - will take place at the same venue.

Last year marked the 10th anniversary of the Reward 300, so we celebrated this special occasion by evolving the recognition element to award the leading light from each of the seven sections. We will continue this new tradition for the 11th annual gala dinner in 2020.

Entries for The Reward 300 2020 are currently open, but will close March 13th.

If you would like to attend the events, we are currently offering a discounted rate until March 20th.
