The conference, returning for its 14th year, focuses on giving delegates the latest updates across crucial topics that effect the payroll and reward profession.

Key topics that will be covered include, the EU Exit, the future of payroll, compliance, employment law and more.

The day kicks off with sessions on keeping compliant in 2019, the imminent future of payroll and an update on employment law. There will also be a session on the EU Exit timeline and what we know so far.

The conference then splits into two streams; compliance and strategic. Key sessions from these streams include an update on the National Minimum Wage and OpRA, a modern perspective on expenses and benefits in kind and updates on global mobility strategies and GDPR.

Keynote speaker, Rebecca Mullins, associate director at Deloitte, will be taking delegates through all of the need-to-know information about keeping compliant in 2019.

Other notable speakers include Ian Holloway, head of legislation and compliance at Cintra HR & Payroll Services, who will be covering the imminent future of payroll and what to look out for; Henry Tapper, director at First Actuarial, who will be looking at all things pensions; and Donna Sharp, director at KPMG, will be taking a deep dive into the National Minimum Wage.
