Broadcast live from a London TV studio, the Payroll & Reward Conference will take place on June 22nd and 23rd this year.
Hosted by both Reward Strategy and The Payroll Centre, this will be the fourth time the organisations have come together to share knowledge and expertise with the profession.
While the UK is still easing out of lockdown, the two-day conference will be held at a London TV studio so those in pay and reward can join no matter where they are or whether they are shielding.
Heads of payroll and reward, pensions and benefits specialists, HR directors and employment lawyers will come together at the CPD-accredited event, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll and TheirPerfectGift. A preview of the agenda can be found here.
The past year has been unpredictable and reactive, but now is the time to be proactive, recharge and strategise. The conference will feature a range of plenary and stream sessions looking at what the future holds for the profession, how to ensure effective, efficient, and penalty-free operations and effectively manage the ever-changing landscape.
Reward Strategy has partnered with Swapcard, a clever digital platform using AI to facilitate and matchmake people of interest, host interactive Q&As, networking lounges and interactive games.
The platform will be available five days prior to the conference, allowing those attending to create their profile and plan ahead by scheduling one-to-one meetings, visiting sponsor booths and familiarising themselves with the platform.
Swapcard also means those attending don’t have to miss any content when sessions are running at the same time. As part of passes, attendees will gain access to the sessions on-demand after the virtual event.
During the Payroll & Reward Conference, The Reward 300 Reveal & Awards, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll and TheirPerfectGift, will also take place. More information on this will be published shortly.
