Taking place on December 10 and 11, the summit, sponsored by by Ceridian, Immedis, Cintra HR & Payroll Services, The Payroll Centre and the CIPP, will be broadcast live from a TV studio looking out over Tower Bridge, London.

The summit will tackle issues such as menopause policies, the lack of formal legislation around mental health in the workplace, whether the UK is doing for enough to tackle pay equality and the future of the workplace in a post-pandemic world, in terms of pay and benefits.

The updated agenda is full of key speakers from the reward and pay space, including those from:

  • Channel 4
  • BT
  • Stella McCartney
  • NSPCC
  • Standard Chartered Bank
  • Hilton
  • Benefit Cosmetics

The CPD-accredited event, which has been running for 15 years, will bring together the entire spectrum of reward and payroll, including the most influential HR, employee benefits, pensions, and employment law professionals.

In a year in which the pandemic has become a catalyst for innovation, agility and transformation, the progressive agenda will feature fully-interactive digital sessions.

Reward Strategy has partnered with Brella - a clever platform using artificial intelligence to facilitate 1-to-1 meetings with people of interest.

The event will also utilise digital platform slido, an interactive piece of technology to host live Q&As, polls and fun quizzes, to ensure the audience and speakers are engaged throughout the entire conference.

The Rewards, featuring The Reward 300 Awards, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services, takes place as a live broadcast the evening of December 10.

Reward Strategy will take this opportunity to celebrate the work of both key workers and employers during COVID-19, through a number of awards sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services, Immedis, Ceridian, The Payroll Centre and the CIPP.
