Revealed: The Rewards and Reward 300 Awards winners 

The most distinguished event on the calendars of pay and reward professionals, took place as a live broadcast from a TV studio looking out over Tower Bridge, London.

2020 marked a decade of The Rewards and Reward Strategy took the opportunity to celebrate the efforts of both key workers and employers during the pandemic.

There were a total of 21 categories, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services, Immedis, Ceridian, The Payroll Centre and the CIPP, including a brand new award to reflect the work carried out during the pandemic - Crisis Management Award. The ceremony also hosted the prestigious Reward 300 Awards.

Stand-up comedian and radio DJ Justin Moorhouse hosted the awards ceremony. Moorhouse is well-known for his appearances on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights.

The Rewards took place during the evening of the first day of the Reward & Payroll Summit, sponsored by Ceridian, Immedis, Cintra HR & Payroll Services, The Payroll Centre and the CIPP. Find out more about the summit, which also takes place December 11, here.

The Rewards partnered this year with the charity Shooting Star Children’s Hospices which cares for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families. Donations are still open and can be made here.
