The Reward 100 is evolving to the Reward 300

The Reward 100 is evolving to The Reward 300 to better reflect the range of leading lights in payroll, HR, employee benefits, workplace pensions and associated sectors.

The Reward 300 will extend its reach into all the areas of pay and reward, featuring:

• 100 payroll leaders
• 50 reward industry luminaries
• 50 leaders from the pay and reward supplier market
• 25 pension professionals
• 25 HR leaders
• 25 employee benefits experts
• 25 employment lawyers

Open to nominate both yourself and others, a selection of candidates will also be put forward by Reward Strategy’s editorial team with consultation from a steering committee of industry experts.

Nominations close on March 30 and The Reward 300 will be announced at a gala dinner following the Payroll & Reward Conference 2018 on June 6.

The conference, taking place between June 6 and 7, has been created in partnership with The Learn Centre.

Running throughout both days will be streams focusing on technical and strategic payroll issues. The conference will include sessions on GDPR, employee wellbeing, advances in employment law and technology, as well as talks on the impacts of Brexit, the gender pay gap and pension freedoms.

There will also be an array of speakers from companies such as Addison Lee, Deliveroo and Diageo.
