Reward Strategy recently gave you the chance to be rewarded individually, at The Reward 300 Gala Dinner & Awards, but now it’s time to celebrate the achievements of your teams at The Rewards.
Today (June 12th), Reward Strategy launched the first 15 categories of the awards. A further five categories will be announced in July. We are updating and introducing some new categories to better serve the current needs of the profession and our growing audience.
Entries to the most distinguished awards on the industry’s calendar will be free until August 30th and they couldn’t be easier: a simple 500-word submission is all you need. Enter now.
So far, the categories published for 2019 include the In-House Team Award, Service Provider Team of the Year, Workplace Pension Provider Award, Best Leader and Rising Star.
The Rewards ceremony, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services, is the perfect opportunity to celebrate high achievements and excellence in payroll, reward, HR, employee benefits and related professions.
Recognising exceptional talent for nine years, The Rewards are highly regarded in the industry. Previous winners include those from, Channel 4, Royal Mail, Barclays Bank and Smart Pension.
Past attendees of The Rewards have said that the event "enhances morale" and is "great public recognition of success for a team/organisation".
Once the award entries have been reviewed, the shortlist will be announced with the winners being revealed on the night.
