Why payroll and HR must be connected

People data is the most important data a business can have, so it’s crucial organisations use it correctly.

Without a streamlined process between payroll and HR, a company cannot be 100 percent sure it is paying its people correctly and, when people aren’t paid properly, this can have an affect on employee engagement and lead to absenteeism.

Therefore, employers need to be sure the payroll and HR teams and processes are well connected - especially when implementing new systems and software.

Next Thursday, April 15, at 10am, Reward Strategy and Intelligo will host a complimentary Masterclass on the points that must be considered during payroll and HR integration.

The session will take the audience through the journey of an integration project, as well as:

  • What integration is and why it is important
  • How to initiate, plan, execute and close a project
  • The key business functions that need to be involved

At the end of the Masterclass, hosted by Amber-Ainsley Pritchard, editor of Reward Strategy, a Q&A will take place with Intelligo’s Gary Hayes and John Kellegher.

Register now for the complimentary Masterclass, even if you aren’t available to attend live - the recorded session will be sent to you post-event.
