Biography

Tracey is the Director of People Performance at Yorkshire Building Society, with a wide remit including Generalist HR, Recruitment, HR Services and all aspects of reward including; pay & benefits, wellbeing, pensions, employee benefits, payroll, and executive remuneration. Having started her career in generalist HR before specialising in reward Tracey has a background across a wider range of sectors having previously worked for Centrica, Northern Foods, Lloyds, Arla and Manchester Airport Group.  A firm believer that the ‘one size fits all’ approach to reward has long gone, Tracey has championed a flexible and integrated approach to reward to reflect the differing needs of colleagues. Tracey has had the privilege of leading teams of talented individuals that have been acknowledged for their innovative work receiving awards from REBA in relation to Financial and Mental Wellbeing, L&G Red Card award for Mental Wellbeing, and achieving a top 30 employer placing with working families. In 2018 Tracey was chosen as the winner of the Best Leader Award at the annual Reward Strategy awards.
