Q: Has your job role been taken more seriously during the pandemic?
Yes. As a technologist, I think that with working from home, more people realise how much technology can either enable you to be successful or hold you back so there has been an increased focus on how we can achieve that.

No, there have been no major changes to pay and reward this year.
Q: What is your main focus for the new year?
Using our technology to reduce barriers and enable the smooth flow of information both within our company and between our product and other products.
