Biography

Mirko D'arcangelo is currently the Head of Global Payroll for Hopper and has had a diverse and dynamic career journey.  He started his professional journey in the Italian Army, where he was deployed to Kosovo, Lebanon and Afghanistan. This experience taught him the value of teamwork, resilience and stakeholder management, which has a common thread throughout his career. Mirko even trained the contestants of Big Brother Italy in 2011!

 
After leaving the army, he transitioned into the field of HR and later, Payroll. He has been fortunate enough to work for some of the world's largest companies such as Deliveroo and Revolut. And now, as the Head of Global Payroll for Hopper, he brings his wealth of experience and skills to lead the payroll operations for the company.  He is a firm believer that his diverse interests and experiences have led to his success and he is excited to share his insights and perspectives with you at this conference.
