Reward Strategy is thrilled to announce the winners of its first Incentive Awards
Reward Strategy hosted its first Incentives Awards at Church House last night on September 28th, celebrating outstanding achievements from both businesses and individuals in this all important arena.
Opening the event was Shard Financial Media’s Ioana Damu, followed by presenter and coach Kris Reichert, who shared her own motivations around incentives and unveiled the next exciting awards for the evening.

Among the much deserving winners, Merit Incentives won the award for Best Use of a Gift Card, Miconex received recognition as the Best Gift Card Supplier, Virgin Pulse was applauded as the Best Health and Wellbeing Supplier, and Roadchef was honoured with the award for Best Health and Wellbeing Programme during the event.
The night was a particular success for 360 Insights, which was presented with two awards, both for the Best In-House Recognition and Reward Programme and the title of Inspirational Place to Work.
Two special awards recognising individual contributions to the incentives field were handed to Jonathan Grey of Ovation Incentives, who received a Lifetime Achievement Award and Julie Barbier Leblan of Merit Incentives, who took home the Industry Influencer Award.
The evening was not only a celebration of achievement but also a display of generosity. Attendees collectively contributed £2146 for the Shooting Star Children’s Hospices bringing the total raised for the charity so far to £106,067.
Reward Strategy extends its sincere appreciation to all took part in the event and for their valued contributions to incentives rewards and recognitions.
