Workplace taboos, COVID-19 pay policies and the future of reward, will be explored at the Reward & Payroll Summit.
The full agenda for the summit, sponsored by Ceridian, Cintra HR & Payroll Services, The Payroll Centre and the CIPP, has been revealed.
Taking place on December 10 and 11, the event will be broadcast live from a TV studio looking out over Tower Bridge, London.
The educational event has been running for 15 years and will this year focus on three themes, Reward, Payroll and Global, giving those attending the opportunity to hear from key speakers working within each area.
Earlier this year, we announced that the Autumn Update Conference has been rebranded to the Reward & Payroll Summit, to better reflect the needs of the growing profession from pay into reward.
Therefore, bringing together the entire spectrum of reward and payroll, including the most influential HR, employee benefits, pensions, and employment law professionals, the CPD-accredited event will feature:
• COVID-19 business continuity case studies;
• The changing approach to flexible working;
• Taboo subjects such as menopause and fertility policies;
• Pay gap reporting: Is the UK “good” enough?;
• The importance of financial wellbeing;
• Crucial regulatory updates on payroll, pensions and HR.
Speakers at the summit include:
In a year in which the pandemic has become a catalyst for innovation, agility and transformation, the progressive agenda will feature fully-interactive digital sessions.
Reward Strategy has partnered with Brella - a clever platform using artificial intelligence to facilitate 1-to-1 meetings with people of interest.
The event will also utilise digital platform slido, an interactive piece of technology to host live Q&As, polls and fun quizzes, to ensure the audience and speakers are engaged throughout the entire conference.
If you would like to attend, book now before the early bird price ends on October 31.
During the evening of December 10, The Rewards, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services and The Payroll Centre, featuring The Reward 300 Awards, will be celebrated via a live broadcast at the same venue. Reward Strategy will take this opportunity to celebrate the work of both key workers and employers during COVID-19.
In September this year, Reward Strategy hosted its first ever digital broadcast event, the Payroll & Reward Conference. Those that attended the event said: “It was brilliant, very informative, insightful and well-presented.”
Karen Beckett, head of payroll and benefits at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust, said: “Speakers were all professionals in current HR and payroll legislation. I enjoyed every session and managed to learn things on how to improve our workplace and reward the employees whose work was impacted during lockdown.”
