Sarah Birss

Sarah joined Brunning and Price back in April 2022, in the newly created role of Engagement and Reward Manager. Brunning & Price pride themselves on running the best pubs possible for the community they’re in and having an engaged workforce is a huge part of that commitment.

Sarah is passionate about wellbeing and believes that employers should support their workforce with relevant wellbeing provisions to help create a productive, motivated, and happy workforce. 

Sarah’s challenges over the coming 12 months are to develop engagement, reward, and wellbeing initiatives to the ever-changing hospitality industry.

Before joining B&P, Sarah had experience across numerous industries working with CF Fertilisers, Auto Trader, Odeon, BGL and Weightmans.
