Stacey is currently the Payroll Supervisor for Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Holidays managing a Payroll of 10,000 employees with a team of 4 payroll co-coordinators. She also manages a small overseas payroll. Stacey has over 15 years’ experience in the Payroll industry including managing payrolls in the manufacturing, central government and travel industry. She's currently IPPM qualified and in the spring of 2019 she'll be studying for the CIPP Payroll Management degree.
In 2019 she will be a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Reward Strategy Magazine. She also sits on the Virgin Atlantic Pension Scheme Governance Committee.
Her main focus in her current role is payroll process improvements for what is currently a complex payroll covering a wide range of employee demographics.
