I joined Veolia over a year ago in a newly created role as Head of Reward. We have since developed our 5 year Reward Strategy and been working on implementing changes in our reward an recognition practices. Previously I've spent nearly 15 years at Brakes, who became part of Sysco in 2016. I have been in a variety of HR roles starting my career in payroll and moving to project work around acquisitions, harmonisation, system improvements and data analysis and eventually finding my way to Reward.
