Craft Docs has released a paper titled ‘Zoomed In, Zoned Out’ which highlights high levels of anxiety regarding business meetings for hybrid and remote workers. They also find that 25% of workers believe they haven’t received any value from the last 4-5 meetings they’ve attending. Only 66% of people believe that they contribute value to these meetings themselves. 
72% believe that within the last two weeks, they have attended at least one meeting that could have been communicated via an alternative method such as email.
