IR35 - Off Payrolling working rules have been live in the Public Sector since 2017 and, with the announcement in the Autumn budget, we look at the process so far, the Check Employment Status for Tax test (CEST) and its implications in the private sector from April 2020.

The second "snapshot" date has past so we look at the results from the first return, changes for 2019, Executive Pay Ratio Reporting and what else is coming in the future.

Who will make The Reward 300 2019?
The highly anticipated Reward 300 Gala Dinner will reveal the influential 2019 index. The celebratory event takes place the evening of the first day of the Payroll & Reward Conference.
The recognition programme began as the Payroll Top 50 nine years ago, but has expanded over the years to better reflect the range of leading lights in payroll, HR, employee benefits, workplace pensions and associated sectors.
The evening boasts a sparkling drinks reception, live entertainment and three course fine dining, with panoramic views across the Chelsea Harbour Marina and the River Thames.
