The Pay & Reward Partner 50 2026 nominations are now open

 

To submit a nomination, please provide a 150-word entry summarising why you, or your chosen nominee, deserves to be recognised in the Pay & Reward Partner 50 2026.

 

Nominations must evidence the individual has met at least one of the following criteria:

  • Shown a level of influence in their organisation or profession.
  • Demonstrated a contribution to the payroll, HR and/or reward profession, through leadership, innovation, policy influencer or business growth.
  • Been recognised for their work (through award programmes, not necessarily Reward Strategy’s).
  • Helped to educate their peers, whether that be through content contributions, speaking at conferences or webinars etc.
  • Advocated for best practices and the advancement of the payroll, HR and/or reward profession.

Nominations will be reviewed by the Reward Strategy's community team in conjunction with a board of trusted advisors.
