Reward Strategy is delighted to unveil the shortlist for the 2025 Rewards and Incentive Awards, the newly combined celebration of excellence across payroll, reward, HR, employee benefits, and incentives.

Now in its 13th year, the ceremony takes on a bold new format, bringing together two of the most prestigious events in the industry under one roof. Taking place on 18 November 2025 at the Hilton London Bankside, the black-tie gala will follow a day of insights and strategy at the Reward & Payroll Summit.

This year’s shortlisted organisations, teams and individuals have demonstrated exceptional innovation, resilience, and impact in an ever changing world. From cutting-edge employee recognition technology to standout earned wage access strategies and sustainable workplace initiatives, the entries reflect the breadth and depth of progress happening across the sector.

The 2025 shortlist includes both returning industry leaders and exciting new entrants, whose work spans global corporations, agile start-ups, and everything in between. All entries are now in the hands of our expert judging panels, which have been expanded this year to include respected industry figures such as Nick Day, Catherine Douglas, Lara Smart, Paul Gibbons, Wendy Muirhead, and Max van der Klis-Busink.

The evening will celebrate the best in the business, with new award categories including Best Earned Wage Access Strategy.
