Along with operational control, organisations she has led have significantly supported Global businesses deliver their own growth agendas through democratising their technology infrastructure and supporting their transformational change programmes. Wendy has a strong global acumen for engaging operational teams across all regions, cultures and deeply appreciates the importance of engaged change management.
