Meg began her career in personal and small‑business taxation before transitioning into client payroll management within a practice environment. This grounding in personal taxation gives her a valuable perspective on how payroll decisions directly impact employees, compliance, and individual outcomes. She later moved in‑house, managing complex, multi‑departmental and outsourced multi‑country payrolls. Having worked across all sides of payroll, Meg brings a well‑rounded understanding of its technical, operational, and strategic dimensions.
A strong advocate for operational excellence and collaborative delivery, Meg believes that effective leadership is fundamentally about people. She is a passionate communicator who values diversity of thought, culture, and experience, recognising that meaningful results are achieved only when people feel engaged, respected, and supported.
She deeply appreciates the importance of thoughtful change management and actively works to ensure operational teams are aligned, informed, and empowered.
For the past few years, Meg has been leading European and Asia-Pacific payrolls for Tishman Speyer, the US real estate giant, working closely with teams across the world.
Outside of work, Meg enjoys running, fitness, healthy eating, musical theatre, and traveling to sunny places.
