What Is Total Reward Month?

September 2026 marks the launch of Total Reward Month - a brand new annual celebration dedicated to recognising the professionals who make work, livelihoods, and wellbeing possible. 


Reward, payroll, pensions, benefits, HR, and people professionals are the engine behind every great employee experience. They ensure people are paid accurately, supported fairly, cared for financially, and valued for their contribution. Yet their work often happens behind the scenes.

 

Total Reward Month is here to change that.

For the first time, the entire profession will come together across four weeks of recognition, learning, storytelling, and celebration.
