Mel Noon

I am an experienced Head of Payroll that has worked within the payroll industry for over 18 years. I am passionate about wellbeing, payroll compliance, identifying the strategic vision and reward strategies as well as encouraging the next generation of payrollers to be their best through education and learning. I am a fellow of the CIPP, a previous CIPP tutor, and qualified to MSc level in Business & Payroll Management. I have also been named within the Reward Strategy Reward 300 list for 2022.
