When you arrive at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s, please proceed downstairs to the registration area.
Please remember to assign your attendees to your order so we have all the correct names and details to assign to your badges by Thursday 25 May. If you need any assistance, please contact Luisa Corricelli
Delivery information
Please ensure you inform the Rewards Strategy events team what you are sending to the event and how many boxes are to be expected. We are endeavouring to implement more sustainable initiatives across our events so please bear this in mind when sending marketing collateral for your stand. For further information or assistance with this please don’t hesitate to reach out to events@reward-strategy.com.
Security
General security will be provided by the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s, however, they will not be responsible for exhibitor’s equipment and or materials if lost or damaged.
If you have any issues regarding deliveries or items for use on your stand, please contact the Event Manager – you can find details at the bottom of the page.
Rubbish
Exhibitors are responsible for the clearance of their own rubbish and other waste materials from the building both during and at the close of the event.

FIRE INSTRUCTIONS
If you discover a fire
2. Try to put out the fire if possible with the appliances provided but without taking personal risks
On hearing the fire alarm
1. The alarm will sound for a short time and then go off. If it does not sound again, it was a practice or a false alarm.
2. If the alarm sounds again and remains on, then evacuate as quickly and calmly as possible through the nearest fire exit.
3. The duty manager or receptionist will call the fire brigade immediately.
4. All persons who leave the building should report to the conference organizer for the day. This person should then inform the manager in charge at the assembly point that everyone is present.
5. The assembly point is: Godliman Street.
6. The manager or deputy will take charge of any evacuation and ensure that no-one is left in the building.

• _Do NOT stop to collect personal belongings
• _Do NOT re-enter the building until you are told it is safe to do so
Insurance
Exhibitors are liable for the safety and security of their own property. Exhibitors must arrange their own insurance against these contingencies and public liability. While every reasonable precaution is taken, the organisers expressly decline responsibility for any loss or damage which may befall the person or property of the exhibitor from any cause whatsoever. We therefore recommend you take out an insurance policy for the event.

As exhibitors, you want to ensure that the delegates visit your stand over and above those of your competitors. To do this, you need to start spreading the word that your company is exhibiting. We have provided you with many ways on how to do this below.
Spread the word that you’re exhibiting by using the branded artwork on social media, on your website and email signature.
Make sure you link your exhibitor logo to the website, this way they can view your profile too!
