REGISTRATION
All visitors will be issued with a badge on arrival. Please ensure you collect your badge and event guide from the registration desk which will be located on the ground floor as you enter the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. These must be worn at all times and handed back to the staff at the registration desk before you leave. Please bring along your business card to ensure that the right person is collecting the badge.
Please ensure that you supply your guests’ names, contact details and any dietary requirements by close of business Thursday, 26 May. Please do so by logging into your Reward Strategy account. If you have any difficulties accessing your account, please let me know and I will be happy to help.
Please be advised that for security reasons we may not be able to provide access to anyone who is not featuring on the delegate list; therefore, supplying your guests’ names is highly important!
